Once you’re signed in, you can access all your conversations from your dashboard under Enquiries, where you’ll see a list of conversations and the latest message in each.

What happens when I message about a property I’ve already contacted?

Virify re-opens the existing conversation for that property instead of creating a duplicate—so you continue in the same thread and the history stays intact.

Do conversations update in real time?

Yes. Messages are designed to update in real time, so you can keep the conversation moving without constantly refreshing the page.

Will I be notified if I get a new message?

Yes. Virify supports notifications, and if the recipient is offline, the system can send an email notification so messages aren’t missed.

Can I see if my message has been read?

Virify supports read-status on messages, so you can tell when the other person has seen a message (where supported in the UI).
